Anne joined SPICOFI in 2000. The same year, she qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Before that, she worked as an auditor for 4 years with an accounting and audit firm near Lille, in the North of France. During these years, she gained significant audit and accounting experience of small and medium businesses, especially in the textile industry.

Today, Anne has extensive knowledge in audit, in consolidation and group tax matters (IFRS, tax consolidation regime...) and also in all the specific issues public companies have to deal with (specific documentation, liaison with market authorities...).

Nathalie joined Spicofi in 2004 as a senior. She now has reached the very last step for qualifiyng as a Chartered Accountant, preparing her professional thesis.

Before that experience, she worked for 9 years with a financial company in Paris and spent 3 years in an international business environment.

She has an expertise in consolidation in US GAAP, IFRS and French accounting standards. She also has backgrounds in financial audit and internal audit linked to the SARBANES-OXLEY Act.
