Francoise qualified as a French chartered accountant in 1987, after 9 years as an auditor with Arthur Andersen. She then worked 2 years with a bank, especially in M&A then as Director of Foreign Markets Back-Office. She came back to Arthur Andersen as the France’s CFO for both Arthur Andersen and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) operations.

She has an extensive knowledge of the finance function, including the management of information systems, and is regularly called by international groups to help them improve their systems and operations.

She is also a registered auditor (in France, chartered accountants are not automatically auditors, and bookkeeping must be strictly segregated from audit functions).

Anne qualified as a French chartered accountant in 2000, after 3 years as an auditor with SPICOFI.

Before that experience, she worked for 7 years with a commercial bank in Paris.

She has an extensive knowledge of the banking operations, and helps our client managing their banking relations.

She is also a registered auditor (in France, chartered accountants are not automatically auditors, and bookkeeping must be strictly segregated from audit functions).

Joëlle studied Accounting and Law at La Sorbonne at the same time. She qualified as a chartered accountant with a French audit firm.

After a first experience with SME as accountant and business advisor, she turned towards the audit of listed and unlisted companies and of Funds.

She has an extensive practice of audits of French firms and of foreign companies’ subsidiaries.

Joëlle has an expertise in corporate law and audit of organizations.
